We're Integrity Home Exteriors — a family-owned company based in Toledo, Ohio. When you reach out to us, here's what you should know about your information:

  1. We collect what we need to serve you. When you request an estimate, use our cost calculator, or call our team, we collect your contact information and project details so we can do our job well.

  2. We don't sell your data. Ever. Your information is used to serve you, communicate with you, and market our own services. It is never sold to outside parties.

  3. Our website uses tracking tools. Like most business websites, ours uses cookies from Google, HubSpot, and Meta to measure traffic and serve relevant ads. This starts when you visit — not just when you fill out a form.

  4. We may text or email you. If you opt in, we'll send you offers and updates. You can unsubscribe from email or reply STOP to any text, anytime.

  5. We hold your records for the life of your warranty. If you're a customer on our Inspection Protection Plan, we keep your records as long as your coverage is active — so we can take care of you every year.

  6. You're in control. You can request to see, correct, or delete your information at any time. Just contact us and we'll verify your identity and take care of it within 30 days.

b. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, our systems and third-party tools automatically collect:

c. Call and Communication Data

Calls to and from our call center are routed and tracked through CallHarbor, our phone system provider. Call recordings may be made for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes.

Important: Call recording laws vary by state. Ohio is a one-party consent state, meaning only one party to the call must consent to recording. However, if you are calling from a state with two-party consent requirements (such as California or Illinois), you will be notified at the start of the call before recording begins. If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify our team at the start of your call.

d. Information From Third Parties

We may receive information about you from:

When your project is assigned to a subcontractor, we share only the information necessary to schedule and complete the work — typically your name, service address, phone number, and project scope. Subcontractors are not permitted to use this information for any purpose beyond fulfilling your project.
