We don't sell your data. Ever. Your information is used to serve you, communicate with you, and market our own services. It is never sold to outside parties.

b. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, our systems and third-party tools automatically collect:
c. Call and Communication Data
Calls to and from our call center are routed and tracked through CallHarbor, our phone system provider. Call recordings may be made for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes.
Important: Call recording laws vary by state. Ohio is a one-party consent state, meaning only one party to the call must consent to recording. However, if you are calling from a state with two-party consent requirements (such as California or Illinois), you will be notified at the start of the call before recording begins. If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify our team at the start of your call.
d. Information From Third Parties
We may receive information about you from:
Job boards and recruiting platforms — including Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn — when you submit an application for an open position at IHE through those platforms. The information shared with us typically includes your name, contact details, resume, and the position you applied for.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
4. Text (SMS) Messaging
|
TCPA Notice By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to text messages, you consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing text messages from Integrity Home Exteriors. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Opting out will not affect your ability to receive service-related communications. |
|
Recruiting SMS Notice By providing your mobile phone number on a job application — whether on our careers page, through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or another job board — and opting in to text communications, you consent to receive SMS messages from Integrity Home Exteriors related to your application. These messages may include interview scheduling, application status updates, document requests, onboarding logistics, and other hiring-related communications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive recruiting text messages is not a condition of employment. |
Recruiting SMS messages are sent only to applicants who have explicitly opted in through our application form or a follow-up consent prompt. Marketing and recruiting SMS are managed as separate consent categories — opting in to one does not enroll you in the other.
We will only send marketing text messages to phone numbers that have been explicitly opted in. Transactional messages (appointment confirmations, scheduling updates) may be sent in connection with your active project or service request without additional opt-in, as permitted by law.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking tools across our website. The following third-party systems place cookies or tracking scripts on our site:
Do Not Track: Our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals sent by browsers. You may control cookie behavior directly through your browser settings or through the privacy controls offered by Google and Meta.
6. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
Service Providers
We share data with vendors who help us operate our business. These vendors are contractually obligated to use your data only to provide services to us and are prohibited from using it for their own marketing purposes. Our current service providers include:
Roofing Subcontractors
IHE uses licensed subcontractors for certain roofing services. When your project is assigned to a subcontractor, we share only the information necessary to schedule and complete the work — typically your name, service address, phone number, and project scope. Subcontractors are not permitted to use this information for any purpose beyond fulfilling your project.
Lead Generation Partners
When you submit a request through Angi's, Homebuddy, or Google LSA, those platforms share your contact information with us. Our use of that information is governed by this Privacy Policy. Please review the privacy policies of those platforms for information about their own data practices.
Legal and Safety Disclosures
We may disclose your information when required by law, in response to a valid legal process (such as a subpoena or court order), to protect the rights and safety of our employees and customers, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
SMS Providers
Twilio — SMS message delivery and compliance (recruiting and operational text communications)
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain your account or project records, and comply with applicable legal requirements. General retention practices include:
8. Your Rights and Choices
Opt Out of Marketing Email
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly. Opting out of marketing email does not affect our ability to send service-related or transactional messages.
Opt Out of Text Messages
Reply STOP to any marketing text message to opt out immediately. You may also contact us directly to be removed from our SMS list.
Opt Out of Remarketing Ads
You can opt out of personalized advertising through the following tools:
Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion by contacting us in writing at the information below. We will verify your identity before processing your request. Verification will require confirming at minimum two pieces of identifying information on file (such as name, address, and phone number). We will respond within 30 days of verifying your identity.
Note: Certain records may be exempt from deletion requests where retention is required by law (e.g., warranty records, contractor licensing requirements, financial records).
9. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.
10. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. These include access controls, encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), and limiting data access to personnel with a legitimate business need.
However, no transmission over the internet or electronic storage system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
11. Third-Party Links and Platforms
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including our social media profiles, partner platforms, and review sites. This Privacy Policy applies only to our website and our direct data practices. Third-party sites have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review before submitting any personal information.
12. Giveaways and Promotional Contests
From time to time, IHE sponsors or co-sponsors giveaways and contests through radio partners including iHeart Radio and Cumulus Radio. When you enter a promotion, your entry information (name, phone, email) may be shared between IHE and the radio partner in order to administer the contest and notify winners.
By entering a promotion, you acknowledge that your entry information may be added to IHE's marketing contact list unless you indicate otherwise at the time of entry. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the methods described in Section 8.
13. Job Applicants and Recruiting
When you apply for a position with Integrity Home Exteriors — through our website, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, or any other channel — we collect the information you submit (resume, contact details, employment history, references) and use it to evaluate your application, communicate with you about the position, and conduct hiring activities.
How we communicate with applicants: Once you've applied, we may contact you by phone, email, or SMS to schedule interviews, request additional documentation, share application status, and coordinate onboarding logistics if you are hired. SMS communications are sent only to applicants who have explicitly opted in through our application form or a follow-up consent confirmation.
SMS opt-in for recruiting: Applicants opt in to recruiting SMS through one of two paths:
(1) Our careers page application form at integrityhomeexteriors.com/careers, which includes an explicit, non-pre-checked consent checkbox and the disclosure language outlined in Section 4 of this policy.
(2) For applicants who apply through external job boards that do not capture SMS consent (such as Indeed Easy Apply), we send a follow-up email with a link to opt in to SMS communications on our careers page. Applicants who do not complete this step receive communication only by email and phone.
Opting out: You may opt out of recruiting SMS at any time by replying STOP to any text message. Opting out of SMS does not affect your application or your eligibility for the position.
Retention: Job applicant records are retained for 12 months following the close of a position, unless you are hired (see Section 7 for full retention details).
Background checks and pre-employment screening: If your application progresses to the screening stage, you may be asked to consent separately to a background check conducted by a third-party screening provider. That consent is captured separately and is governed by the screening provider's own disclosures.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will post the revised version on our website with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you — for example, via email if you are a current customer or contact on file. Continued use of our website following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
