Gutter Replacement

Stop leaks and overflow with seamless K-style gutters sized for your roofline—measured on-site and installed by trained crews.

If your gutters overflow during heavy rain, pull away from the fascia, or drip at the seams, replacement solves the root problem instead of patching it season after season. We remove the old system completely and install seamless K-style runs sized to handle the water your roof actually sheds. Downspouts go where water collects, not just at the corners because that's where the old ones were.

We fabricate gutters on-site for continuous lengths—no unnecessary seams that leak later. Each section gets set at the correct pitch so water flows toward the downspouts instead of pooling. Hidden hangers secure everything to the fascia without exposed hardware that loosens over time. Corners are sealed properly, and downspouts extend far enough to move water away from the foundation.

What seamless gutter replacement delivers:

Seamless runs — Fewer joints mean fewer places for leaks to start

Correct pitch — Water moves smoothly toward downspouts without standing or overflowing

Downspouts placed for real roof flow — Not just at corners, but where valleys and roof sections actually drain

Signs You Need Gutter Replacement

When does gutter replacement make more sense than repair?

Sagging or pulling away from fascia — When the gutter bows between hangers or the whole run leans out from the house, the fasteners have failed or the fascia behind them has rotted. Rehanging doesn't fix compromised wood.
Visible seams leaking at joints or corners — Seams are the weak point in sectional gutters. Sealant breaks down after a few years. If multiple seams leak, seamless replacement eliminates those joints entirely.
Water pooling near the foundation or in planting beds — This means water isn't making it to the downspouts, or downspouts aren't extended properly. Standing water near the foundation leads to basement moisture and cracked slabs.
Peeling paint or rotted fascia under the eaves — Water running behind the gutter rots the fascia board. If you see soft wood or peeling paint along the roofline, the gutter isn't doing its job.
Frequent clogs even after recent cleanings — If you clean gutters twice a year and they still overflow, the pitch is wrong or debris collects in low spots. Replacement with correct pitch solves that.

What We Install

We install seamless K-style gutters on most homes. K-style has a flat back that mounts flush to the fascia and a decorative front profile that looks like crown molding. The shape also gives you more capacity per linear foot compared to half-round gutters—important when you're dealing with storms that dump two inches in an hour.

K-style works on nearly every architectural style. Ranch homes, colonials, contemporary builds—it fits without looking out of place. The seamless fabrication means each run is one continuous piece from corner to corner or end to downspout. No joints along the length of the wall, just at corners and downspout outlets where we seal them properly.

If your home has specific architectural details that call for something different—historic half-round profiles or custom copper work—we'll review options during your estimate. For the majority of residential projects across Canton, Ann Arbor, and Toledo, K-style seamless does the job.

How does gutter replacement work?

Assess & Measure

We inspect your fascia for soft spots or rot, check how water flows off your roof during rain, and identify where it actually collects. Not every roof drains evenly—valleys and dormers dump more water than open sections. We measure on-site so we know exact lengths and where downspouts need to go.

Fabricate & Install

We make seamless runs to exact lengths right at your home using a gutter machine. Each run gets mounted with hidden hangers spaced properly for support. We set the pitch so water flows toward downspouts without pooling. Corners are sealed; downspouts are placed where roof flow concentrates, not just where it's convenient.

Test & Clean Up

Before we call it done, we run water through the system to check for leaks and verify flow. Daily cleanup happens throughout the job. Final walkthrough covers everything—how the gutters look, how they work, and what basic maintenance involves.

What Homeowners Are Saying

We had siding replaced on one of our rental properties and were impressed by how quickly and professionally it was done. Tenants are happy and the building looks great.
