After you apply, our recruiter Tunnell will reach out within 1–2 business days for a short phone conversation. If there's a fit, we'll schedule an in-person interview at our Toledo office. Total process is usually 1–2 weeks.
Pay is competitive for the trade and varies by role. Inspector roles include a per-demo bonus structure on top of an hourly base. Installer roles are weekly or per-job. We'll walk you through the specifics on your first call so you know exactly what you're working toward.
Yes. Even when we don't have an active opening for a specific role, we keep applications on file for 12 months and reach out when something opens up. Roofing and exteriors aren't seasonal here — we work all year.
Most field roles are based out of our Toledo office at 2852 South Ave, serving the greater Toledo metro (Perrysburg, Sylvania, Maumee, Bowling Green, Findlay) and southeast Michigan. Our Farmington Hills, MI office serves Oakland County and surrounding areas.
