Overview
Seamless K-style gutters that move water away from your foundation and keep your siding, fascia, and landscaping protected. Installed by trained crews, backed by lifetime workmanship protection.
We provide gutter installation, gutter replacement, and gutter repair services for homeowners across Southeast Michigan and Northwest Ohio. Most of our work involves installing seamless K-style gutters—the modern standard that handles Midwest weather while looking clean on nearly any home style.
When gutters fail, water goes where it shouldn't. You'll see foundation cracks, eroded landscaping, stained siding, or rotted fascia. Our gutter services fix those problems before they turn into expensive structural repairs. We size runs correctly, place downspouts where water actually collects, and install everything with room for seasonal expansion so your system works through freeze-thaw cycles without pulling loose.
Benefits of
Gutter Installation
& Replacement
-
Prevents water damage to siding, fascia, foundation, and landscaping by directing runoff away from your home
- Clean, modern look with seamless K-style profiles that fit most architectural styles in Canton, Ann Arbor, Toledo, and surrounding areas
- Fewer seams = fewer leaks. We fabricate gutters on-site to your exact measurements, eliminating joints where water typically escapes
- Sized correctly with downspouts placed where water collects—not just at corners, but where your roof valleys and drainage patterns actually need them
-
Optional gutter guards to cut down on cleaning frequency and keep debris from clogging downspouts
-
Installed by trained in-house crews backed by our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty and Gold Standard Protection Plan
OUR PROVEN PROCESS
Every project follows the same strict protocol — from first call to final inspection. Perfection isn't accidental, it's systematic.
-
01Assess & Measure
The crew starts by confirming measurements and double-checking downspout locations. Where does water need to go? Are there spots where the ground slopes back toward the foundation? We map drainage paths before cutting any material. This is also when we look at valleys, dormers, and anything that affects how water moves across your roof.
-
02Fabricate Seamless Runs
Once measurements are locked in, we fabricate the gutters on-site using a machine mounted in the truck. The material—aluminum, in most cases—gets fed through, shaped into a K-style profile (the decorative shape that looks like crown molding when you see it from the side), and cut to the exact length needed for each section.
-
03Mount & Pitch
This is where experience shows. Gutters need to slope toward the downspouts—about half an inch for every 10 feet. Picture a slight tilt, nothing you'd really notice from the ground. Too flat, and water sits there and becomes a mosquito pool. Too steep, and water rushes past the downspout opening instead of dropping in.
-
04Seal & Connect
Corners, end caps, and downspout outlets get sealed with a high-quality sealant that stays flexible. Aluminum expands and contracts with temperature changes, so the sealant needs to move with it without cracking.
Downspout extensions get placed so water flows away from the foundation—at least four to six feet out, ideally. If your yard slopes in a tricky direction or you've had basement moisture issues—something we see often in Canton and Royal Oak—we'll talk through the best routing before locking anything in. -
05Water Test
Before we call it done, we run water through the gutters with a hose. This catches problems while we're still on-site with ladders up and tools out. If something looks off, we fix it on the spot. Tighten a hanger, reseal a corner, tweak the pitch slightly. Small fixes now prevent callbacks later.
-
06Cleanup
Debris goes into a trailer or dumpster as we work. At the end of the day, we do a full site cleanup: pick up cut material, old gutter pieces if it's a replacement, and any fasteners or brackets that came off.If we used screws or rivets, we run a magnetic sweep across the driveway and yard to grab anything that might have dropped. Nobody wants a flat tire or a punctured lawnmower blade. Your property should look the way it did before we arrived—just with new gutters.
What Do We Install?
Seamless K-Style Gutters
We install seamless gutters on nearly every residential project. Seamless is the flat-backed, decorative-front profile you see on most homes built in the last 30 years. The shape gives you better water capacity than older half-round gutters, and the flat back mounts flush to fascia for a clean look.
Why seamless works:
The profile mimics crown molding, so it doesn't look like an afterthought stuck to your roofline. It holds more water per linear foot than rounded profiles, which matters during heavy storms when runoff spikes. And because we fabricate it on-site to your exact measurements, you get continuous runs with no seams except at corners—fewer joints mean fewer chances for leaks.
What about other gutter types?
Half-round and box-style gutters exist, but seamless handles Midwest weather better for most homes. If your home has specific architectural details that call for a different profile, we'll talk through options during your estimate. For a deeper comparison of profiles and when each makes sense, see our gutter types page. To understand why seamless became the residential standard, check out our seamless gutters breakdown.
Potential Add-Ons
- Gutter guards—mesh or screen systems that keep leaves and debris out while letting water through; learn more on our gutter guards page
- Downspout extensions—move water further from your foundation to prevent pooling near the house
WHAT AFFECTS
GUTTER REPLACEMENT COST?
Linear Feet of Gutter
More roofline coverage means more material and labor. We measure every run, including garage and covered porches.
Number of Stories
Two-story homes require taller ladders or lifts, which adds time and safety equipment. Steeper roofs compound this.
Downspout Count & Length
Each downspout adds material cost. Longer runs to reach proper drainage points add more.
Roofline Complexity
Corners, inside miters, and jogs require custom cuts and more sealing. A simple rectangle costs less than an L-shaped or multi-gable layout.
Removal & Disposal
Replacing old gutters costs more than installing on new construction because we're removing and hauling away the existing system.
Gutter Guards
Protection add-ons increase upfront cost but reduce long-term maintenance.
