Phil Kraus will be your Project Specialist for your job. He has been with Integrity for more than five of his thirty years of industry experience. Phil has worked in many different areas of residential and commercial construction, including custom home building earlier in his career in Colorado. He and his wife Jen have three grown children and enjoy fostering and training Labrador Retrievers that become service dogs. Phil looks forward to meeting with you about managing your project!
Every visit follows the same standard — here's what to expect.
Plan on about 60 to 120 minutes. Your specialist starts with a full inspection of your project area — measurements and photos included — then sits down with you to walk through what they found.
You don't need to shadow the inspection itself, but plan to be home for the visit — especially the sit-down at the end, where your specialist walks through the findings, your options, and your estimate.
Yes. Your specialist puts together a custom estimate during the visit, based on the measurements they just took — you'll have your number before they leave.
None. The inspection and estimate are free, and the number is yours to keep whether you move forward or not.
