Twenty-five years ago, Adam Becker started a roofing company in Toledo with a belief that the way you build a team matters just as much as the work the team produces. The values that shaped Integrity Home Exteriors didn't come from a business book or a consultant. They came from faith — a genuine effort to build something that honors God in the way it treats people, makes decisions, and does its work.

That foundation became four core values: Family, Integrity, Pursuit of Elite, and Serving Others. Not as slogans — as a standard. One we hold each other to every day.

The company has grown into 80-plus people and thousands of completed projects a year across Northwest Ohio. But the culture hasn't drifted from where it started. We still hire for character. We still believe good enough isn't good enough. We still think serving others — our customers, our teammates, our community — is the whole point.
