I believe if Phil was not the project specialist who came to my home, I would have not turned over the entire proposal to your company. What can I say about this dedicated, patient, and honest individual. Before Phil could even say one word, I immediately informed him that the roof was going to be installed in the up and coming days. Phil made several inquiries. All which I had no ideal nor inclination what he was talking about. I researched everything while he was measuring the siding for my home. Guess what??? The company which I will not mention, actually mislead totally. At this point and time, I prayed for wisdom and guidance. I asked Phil to explain several things and within 15 minutes my estimate went from only siding to the project proposal. Not once did Phil made me feel stupid or uncomfortable. It was as if I was chatting with my father or my brother. That’s how at ease I was from start to finish. Phenomenal job.
