Today, Dakota and Josiah came out to finish tweaking my downspouts. I'm very happy with the end result, aesthetically. I feel these two went above and beyond in their efforts, talking to me at length along the way and discussing differences in technique and outcomes. They took into account my future plans to install a gate or wall on either side of the garden area behind my garage, and were beyond polite, professional, and personable.
