Zeke was prompt for the appointment. He provided updates on what he was working on throughout the day. He let us know that the hinged extenders had not been given to him, but a runner would bring them, which did occur. He also reordered the fascia after realizing the color was not a match, and let us know a runner would bring that as well, which did occur. He completed the entire job within the day. We were pleased with the communication and service.
