Your representative Brock was professional , knowledgeable and easy to be as ease with due to his business approach and his personality. As a senior citizen I was leary about the entire claims process but after meeting with Brock it is a huge relief knowing I have someone/local trustworthy company in my corner that I can trust to represent my insurance claim.
