Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 10:30am - 7:15pm

Saturday (every 4th Sat.) 8:45am-12:15pm

Daily Tasks:

• Handle outbound calls to previously scheduled customers
• Confirm appointments
• Call needed follow-ups
• Handle customer conflicts
